I thought supporting the power points with a short video was very effective in understanding the subject matter. I read the power points very slowly and focused upon each one. Therefore, the videos were easy to follow and supported previous material. The only other comment I have is that I did not fully comprehend the brain and memory slide. I would have liked a more extensive explanation.
I am extremely impressed with integrating the Christian values of Concordia University into the actual class setting as I have always had difficulty with this. For example, one of the subjects I teach frequently is macroeconomics. I struggled with how to incorporate these values; however, I have now changed my mind! Especially during these turbulent times. it would make sense to discuss the political turmoil in relationship to Christine Doctrine.
