Hosts can turn on auto-transcriptions in Zoom to help participants who need captions follow the conversation. Once enabled by the host, participants can choose to show the auto-transcription or not.

For hosts to turn on auto-transcription:

Click on the Live Transcript button

Click on Enable Auto-Transcription
